The best solution is to use a Internet Explorer 6 or 6.5. I also highly recommend using Mozilla Firefox. It is an excellent browser, better than Internet Explorer 7 in
my opinion. It is more stable. You can download it for free in this web site: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/ I tested updating your website with these browsers and they worked with no problem.

Also the Community Channel 96 is moving to Channel 95 on or after November 10th.
