The condo rules and regulations state in section 7 on Outdoor Cooking/Grilling.
"No outdoor cooking or grilling shall be permitted on the common elements, limited common elements or elsewhere on the condominium property, except in areas, if any, designated by the Board of Directors. If such cooking is permitted, the Board (local association Board) shall have the right to promulgate rules and regulations governing all aspects thereof."

The artist "paint along" meets every Monday from 9-12 noon at the bar area by the pool.(CLASS WILL START UP JANUARY 4th) Artists should bring their own supplies and a drop cloth. They can work in any medium (oil, watercolor, acrylics or pencil) and draw whatever they wish . This is a support group that helps each other so there is no instructor.
